We use the most economical freight arrangements possible and a variety of carriers and methods depending on weight and location. Please refer to the general destination section for full details of the services used and any options where available.

WebStore uses weight values for each item to calculate total freight costs. The weight is multiplied by the kilogram rate for the specific destination and service used. This is then added to a "basic" or minimum freight charge per shipment. Each destination section has an example showing the method of calculation.

International customers should note that we do not pay duties or customs at the country of destination. Nor do we have any knowledge of each countries rules or requirements in this regard.

It is also important to note that these freight costs are accurate in 99% of cases but exceptions may occur which require revision of the freight charges.
