Freight Information - within Australia

Total delivery time will depend on stock availability, freight method and carrier delivery delay. Being a manufacturer, we do not always have stock on hand. Consequently availability from our factory may take up to 4 weeks though we will endeavour to let you know if the delay is longer than a week. Time taken by the carrier to deliver must then be added to this to estimate the total delivery time. Estimates for various carrier options are detailed below.
Australia - within Sydney outer metro:
Orders under 25kg within Sydney and outer metro areas are delivered by overnight courier. Our current preferred service is Couriers Please. Orders over 25kg may be shipped via a road express service.
Australia - within NSW country:
Small parcels under 5kg will generally travel via air satchel. Our current preferred service is Australian Air Express. Larger parcels and orders over 5kg will be shipped via road express service. Our current preferred carrier is McPhee Transport. Most are shipped overnight for delivery on the following business day subject to stock availability.
Australia - interstate to Queensland, SA and Victoria:
Small parcels under 5kg will generally travel via air satchel. Our current preferred service is Australian Air Express. Larger parcels and orders over 5kg will be shipped via road express service. Our current preferred carrier is McPhee Transport. Most air satchel deliveries should arrive on the next business day however this can not be guaranteed especially in country areas. Road express delivery times will vary between 1-3 days depending on location and subject to stock availability.
Australia - WA, NT & Tasmania:
Small parcels under 5kg will generally travel via air satchel. Our current preferred service is Australian Air Express. Larger parcels and orders over 5kg will be shipped via road express service. Our current preferred carrier is McPhee Transport. Most air satchel deliveries should arrive on the next business day however this can not be guaranteed especially in country areas. Road express delivery times will vary between 3-7 days depending on location and subject to stock availability.
