Total delivery time will depend on stock availability, freight method and carrier delivery delay. Being a manufacturer, we do not always have stock on hand. Consequently availability from our factory may take up to 4 weeks though we will endeavour to let you know if the delay is longer than a week. Time taken by the carrier to deliver must then be added to this to estimate the total delivery time. Estimates for various carrier options are detailed below.
International - door to door courier.
This is the fastest service. It has the advantage of issuing a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your parcel using the carriers web site. We use a variety of carriers depending on destination and weight but they include DPE, DHL and Airborne Express. Transit times vary between 3-5 business days depending on distance and subject to stock availability. Again, the higher the zone number for your destination, the longer it will take. We only use our nominated carrier for each destination to ensure the lowest possible price overall. We can however discuss alternatives if your order exceeds A$1000.
