Availability and delivery delay:
Total delivery time will depend on stock availability, freight method and carrier delivery delay. Being a manufacturer, we do not always have stock on hand. Consequently availability from our factory may take up to 4 weeks though we will endeavour to let you know if the delay is longer than a week. You must be prepared to allow for "stock-outs" and delays particularly when ordering kits with many parts. Time taken by the carrier to deliver must then be added to this to estimate the total delivery time. Credit Card Security:
We do not capture your credit card details when you pay via Paypal on this website. Security over the internet is as important to us as it should be to you.

Customs and duty:
We do not pay duties or customs at the destination country, or on your behalf. This is your responsibility and you should check with your local authorities for more details. We can however post copies of invoices direct to an alternative address if requested.

Freight:
We use the most economical freight arrangements possible and offer 2 alternatives in most cases. We DO NOT use surface mail. Unfortunately we can not use other alternatives unless the value of the order is in excess of A$1000. Please go to the separate freight section for pricing and more details.

General Terms and Conditions:
Property of any items sold by Whiteline does not pass to the purchaser until the purchaser has paid for them in full and all funds have been cleared.

GST:
Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) must be added to all prices where the delivery address is within Australia.

Pricing:
The prices set out are in Australian (AUD) $'s, are ex our warehouse and do not include freight. Unfortunately we can not accept payment in other currencies. If your bank is located outside Australia it may convert the transaction total so that it will appear on your statement in your local currency. Privacy Statement:
All information supplied will be handled with utmost respect for your rights to privacy. Any personal details supplied to us will not be passed on to any other party and will only be used for the purpose for which it is supplied. Any details kept WILL NOT include credit card payment details from previous transactions for your security.

Return of Goods:
Non-manufacturer responsible credit returns will be subject to a 15% handling and repackaging fee and will only be accepted 14 days from purchase or delivery date. The goods must be in saleable resaleable condition and returned at the purchaser's expense. Custom or "made-to-order" goods will not be accepted for credit return.
