“Mechanical suspension - tuning is no longer enough”
Modern vehicles are equipped with a stability control system. These systems
are called different names, like ESP, ESC, VDC and so on, but they all operate
under similar principles. They’re typically part of the ABS system and are
closely linked. These systems look for any perceived deviation from a cars'
"ideal" path like oversteer or understeer and then use selective braking of
individual wheels to take control. Great idea and a good safety feature but too
intrusive for racing or track work.
Whiteline’s BLACK BOX is a world first allowing the driver to
electronically tune the stock stability control system to give control back to
the driver. The patented BLACK BOX system is unique in allowing cockpit
adjustable handling bias, a single dial delivers more oversteer or understeer on
demand. Only Whiteline’s BLACK BOX lets you tune the amount of
intervention and even turn off stability control, without error codes or warning
lights.
BLACK BOX is designed for Race or Off-Road use but its still supplied
in kit form specially programmed for each vehicle. Comprehensive installation
and tuning instructions are provided but some modification of wiring is
necessary and we recommend fitment by a qualified workshop.

Max-C - Maximum caster, maximum camber - Released 02/09/2007 (BL-143)
The performance adjustable strut top range is named for the ability to
achieve Max caster and or Max camber. You run at Max caster position for street
and then simply slide to Max camber for track. Street and Motorsport versions
are available that are designed to work with stock or coil-over diamater
springs. That is, Street kits are limited to stock spring OD clearance while
Motorsport suits coil-over or race type springs delivering a lot more
adjustment. Adjustment range is only limited by spring clearance.
Specially engineered with extra heavy-duty COM12 type spherical bearings that
are 40% higher load rating than other popular
options. Fully serviceable and held in by threaded collar so no rattle. Height
change minimised with average of +3 mm depending on camber setting. Max-C
delivers more by design.

- High strength 6 mm machined alloy top plate & steel base resist bowing.

Adjustable swaybar link kits
Heavy duty spherical rod-end
The true solution to Commodore front swaybar link problems. WHITELINE extra
heavy duty spherical rod-end link kits will improve your standard swaybar but
are essential for bigger bars. Race proven, adjustable spherical rod-end links
coupled with dust caps and heavy duty fitting hardware deliver strong, silent
and reliable operation.
Applications:
Commodore VN-VT ‘88-’00 front KLC055
Commodore VX-VY ‘00 -’04 front KLC003
Commodore VZ ‘04 on front KLC004
Spherical rod-ends are ideally suited for this application as they allow for
twist and angular distortion while still maintaining a direct connection between
swaybar and the wheel. VN to VX drivers will particularly benefit with higher
effective swaybar rates due to zero compliance links replacing the stock bushed
type. Kits are all supplied with 2x complete sets of adjustable spherical
rod-end links assemblies, dust caps, spacers, mounting hardware and
comprehensive fitting instructions.

EVO 7-8-9 Front Roll Centre Adjustment Kit
KCA396 is designed to raise the front roll-centre geometry by using new
specially engineered ball-joints, while still maintaining original bump-steer
using the supplied steering rack spacer kit. (Suitable for right hand drive
vehicles only).
The EVO front roll geometry actually encourages roll the lower you go. Tests
on Project EVO showed that raising the
front roll-centre resulted in a substantial increase to front roll resistance
and a significant reduction in suspension compression of the outside front wheel
during cornering (less roll).
This improves weight distribution, maintains a better camber angle and
ultimately improves front grip. The overall outcome is significantly reduced
understeer through reduced front wheel compression, as well as improved steering
feel, steering precision and vehicle stability.
Fitting KCA396 is a must for lowered vehicle but can also be used on standard
vehicles. Is also designed to be used
together with and complementary to KCA387 steering precision kit. Kit is
supplied with 2x complete sets of specially modified ball-joints, grease cups,
steering spacers, mounting hardware and comprehensive fitting instructions.

strut brace. The new KSB790 Quick Release kit to the product range now makes it
so easy to remove your centre strut brace bar. Designed specifically to suit
Whiteline strut braces, the kit is supplied with 2x Quick Release with
instructions to convert your existing through bolts. The QR clamps make it a
breeze to remove oil caps, brake reservoir caps etc for servicing but the main
advantage is to be found in the rear of hatch backs and wagons.

When too much caster is never enough! Whiteline like to add positive
caster to relieve some of the demand for negative camber when you don't need it.
Whiteline has a range to cover many applications like Commodore and Honda
allowing for sensible addition of positive caster at the lower mount point.

For very serious use, you now have a choice of extruded high tensile alloy
links designed to cope with BIG bars and very high roll loads. Currently

Revised and Expanded Range of Subaru Heavy Duty Swaybar Mounts
These heavy duty rear sway bar mounting bracket kits are designed to replace
the original equipment mounts with a stronger more rigid version. Extra heavy
duty rear sway bar mounts improve sway bar response and should be used for large
diameter or adjustable sway bars. Critical when using higher settings as factory
mounts will twist and flex and can fail prematurely. Read more about the range

Whiteline NEW camber adjusting kit
The most cost effective solution on the market but not at the expense of
quality. We still believe that having tried every design available on the
market, the eccentric bolt system using a toothed washer is still the best. Not
only does it provide the greatest adjustment range (up to 1.5 - 1.7 degree
change) but it also allows repeat adjustment with out slipping. Can't get that
with other designs.
ADJUSTABLE REAR CONTROL ARMS
Whiteline are introducing a new range of adjustable rear control arms for
Subaru Impreza, WRX and Sti. The broadest range on the market with models to
suit sedan and wagon reflecting the different rear tracks. Avoids excessive rear
swaybar link pre-load and failure found with other brands while using stronger
than OE link mounts.
